7 DreamScene Activator
This app enables you to set wmv/mpg file as destop background in windows 7. This supports only Windows 7 X86 edition in EN-US language.
This is a portable, easy to use toggle button DreamScene Activator. In order to set a video as background just left click on the wmv/mpg file and click "Set as Desktop Background".
